Refund policy

If for some reason you are less than delighted with your purchase, items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please e-mail laura@hawkpink.com with your request for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for worn or used items. They must be returned unused, in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of shipping for a return is at the customer's expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Sales items are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
